These terms apply when you use dataintoprofits.com. By using the site, answering the survey, or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Data Into Profits ("we" and "us") runs a short survey of five questions about your business. After the survey, we show you how to start an application with Mode, and we email you the founder's webinar.

The survey is for information only. Answering it is free, and it does not apply for anything, buy anything or sign you up for anything.

Our relationship with Mode

Data Into Profits is an independent affiliate of Mode (data.mode.inc). We are not Mode, and Mode did not write this site. Mode may pay us a referral fee if you work with Mode.

When you click through to Mode's application, you leave our site and go to Mode's own website. Mode's terms and privacy policy apply there. We do not control Mode's site, and we are not a party to anything you agree with Mode.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that Mode will accept you, your company or your records. We do not guarantee that you will receive any offer, any payment or any amount of money from Mode or anyone else.

Mode decides who is eligible and on what terms. Mode reviews your team size and your records, and any offer comes from Mode after that review. Figures that this site attributes to Mode, including Mode's range of what a company's data could be worth, are Mode's statements. They are not ours, they are not a promise, and they are not a prediction for your company.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer to buy your records. Talk to your own lawyer, accountant or advisor before you share business records or sign anything with Mode or anyone else.

What you agree to do

Give us accurate answers and contact details.
Make sure you have the authority to act for your business before you start Mode's application.
Do not send us files, passwords, or bank or tax details. We do not ask for them.
Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or copy it in a way that harms us.

Calls, texts and emails

You decide whether we call or text you. We call or text you only if you tick the consent box on the contact step. Agreeing is not required to apply or to buy anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop texts, and reply HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Our Privacy Policy explains more.

Our content

The words, design and layout of this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Names and statements about Mode belong to Mode. You may view the site for your own use. Please do not copy or resell it without our written permission.

This site links to Mode's website. We are not responsible for what is on any other site or for how any other company handles your information.

We provide this site "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or be up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether stated or implied.
